Scenes of tension between French club Paris Saint-Germain and its star Kylian  Mbappe are accelerating, as the Parisian club seeks to reach an agreement with its young player, either by signing a new contract or leaving this summer to another club, while the French captain insists on continuing until the end of his contract on June 30, 2024, and then leaving for free.

The crisis between Saint-Germain and Mbappe intensified after the player's move in mid-June, when he informed his club's management in writing of refusing to extend his current contract, which makes the next season (2023-2024) his last inside the Princes' Park stadium, and accordingly he has the right to leave for free next summer, which was rejected by the club's management, which confirmed that it would not allow the departure of "the best player in the world" in a free transfer.

A report by the Spanish newspaper "Defensa Central" stated that the senior management of Paris Saint-Germain did not lose hope that Mbappe could continue and abandon his childhood dream of moving to Spanish Real Madrid .

The report indicated that the club's management got the green light to negotiate with Mbappe the terms of a new contract with a total salary of more than one billion euros ($1.1 billion) for a period of more than 10 seasons, to be a lifelong contract or until the end of the 2018 World Cup winning player's career.

Mbappe returned to Paris Saint-Germain training, last Monday, after the end of the summer vacation. And the Spanish "Relivo" website said that the best player in the French League told the club's new coach, Spaniard Luis Enrique, that he would not leave the club this summer and would continue with the team in the new season.
